MassHousing 40B moderate-income housing program. This Massachusetts affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes, allowing below-market rents for those who qualify. Income requirements are based on the number of occupants, and the income restrictions are established by MassHousing . The program is not a subsidized housing program, as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Income limits apply.
